With the world on partial lockdown, it seems like getting healthy again might be too much to ask, but that wasn’t the case for me in December 2019 when I began working with Konnor Fleming.

We talked vision, goals, & c. just like any CEO/CTO pairing or any wife-husband duo, and that was the first sign of good things to come between Konnor and me. We decided, at first, to focus on strength and overall food intake.

I should also mention that I was a high school and college athlete, whose Mom and brothers are quite fit, and so I’ve not only had prior years of practice and habit-building, but also understand how to exercise, how to turn on the motivation needed to do so, and have a modicum of self-control, though not as much as Jocko Willink.

I first met Konnor in late 2018 while he was coaching his 1,000th Alchemy workout. 1,000 people. Have you even worked out a thousand times in your life? He had coached 1,000 workouts just with that gym.
